Fees for Rental Transactions

Our rental property services adhere to Malta's commercial real estate industry standards with a fee structure that is clear and fair. We charge a 10% fee of the annual rent from each the landlord and the tenant, ensuring a balanced contribution towards service costs. Additionally, for key-money, premiums or lump sums paid to the landlord (or sub-lessor), we apply a 5% fee of that sum, which fee is the payable by the landlord. These fees are subject to the applicable VAT rate, in line with Maltese tax regulations.

Fees for Property Sales Transactions

In line with industry standards, our fee for property sales is 5% of the final sale price, payable by the sellers. The addition of the applicable VAT rate ensures compliance with local tax laws.
